Undercut Anchor Sleeve M8 (HS=25) S12 is produced for our clients to fixing the 2pcs marble & granit  and granite & dark stone together. Drilling through straight hole on the first stone,then go on drilling straight hole on the second granite and drilling undercut bottom last.

2.Features:

• The UnderCut Anchor consists of an Anchor Sleeve,Flange Nut and Screw.
• Anchor sleeve and screw length have to be matched to the hole depth required and to the panel bracket chosen.
• The anchor sleeve is expanded to its original dimension by inserting the screw to a controlled depth,so that the sleeve sits snugly against the undercut section of the hole in the facade panel.

4.How to Choose suitable Anchor Sleeve size according to your stone thickness ?

 1/2*stone thickness  < HS < 2/3* stone thickness

(For example : If your ceramic tile thickness is 9mm,we suggest to choose hs=5,the hole drilling depth is 5mm)

5.How to calculate the length of the screw ?

   Screw Length ＞Hs+3mm(Alu Alloy clip thick)+6mm(nut thick)

  (For example : If your choose hs=5,we suggest to choose screw M6*16)
